OMFG, it's morning. Again. George is getting up in half an hour so I'm waiting coffee for him (he doesn't like coffee that's more than fifteen minutes old), so I'm also short on caffeine. Bleah.

Here's a link about atheists and anger. Wonderful read, full of pithy points.

And here's one of the saddest petitions I've ever seen.

Once again, it's a case of "Hey, you! Get OUT of my religion!"

And in the video catagory... VOTE REPUBLICAN!

If you've never heard the Jay Thomas "Lone Ranger" story on David Letterman, it's well worth watching, if only for the line "They'll believe ME, citizen!"

*yawn* Off to cruise the Internet for a bit. Then coffee. Then work. Yeah.

I just swallowed my first Avandia tablet. We'll see if anything dramatic results.

At about 8:30 pm, George and I stopped working, put on our shoes, and went out for a short walk up to the Italian mini mart, where we bought bread, ginger ale, some ice cream for him, and some fresh pepperoni sticks for me. Then we sauntered back toward our apartment, stopping at the Starbucks at the head of our street so I could buy a soy milk latte (sugar free vanilla and sugar free caramel flavor). I really should be saving money in case the Full Moon Group inner court ends up going to the Red River Ex on Friday but damn... there are some days when you just NEED a latte.

So I'm sitting here sipping my latte, munching on a pepperoni stick, and preparing MM pages for advanced line art reconstruction tomorrow. The Drive-In Classics channel is showing The Giant Claw, one of the great "guilty pleasure" sci-fi movies of all time.

Here's the trailer:

And the Avandia didn't make my head explode (yet).

All in all, not a bad day so far.
