Here is the link to my InsaneJournal:

New default icon, new mood theme, and a layout that I used to use here on LiveJournal about a year and a half ago.

I'm really sorry that it's come to this. I'm not sure how much I'll be posting over there, since for now LJ is where the action is for me (in spite of everything), but at least it's in place.

This is an essential post to read if you're thinking about leaving LiveJournal. In addition to what you already know, it outlines some programming skullduggery that the LJ folks have been up to that you probably don't.

To be clear on that last point: If you make a public post, when it shows up on the friends page of a Sponsored+ account, whether you posted it in your own journal or a community, it will be sent to the ad-targeting server. And yes, this means everyone, even Paid and Permanant accounts, will be getting their entries scanned.

And here is an off-LJ forum for LJ users to communicate through during the Content Strike:

This is a very sad day. I feel like LiveJournal, which has been my internet home since 2003, died this week -- or rather was killed by the people who own it. I'd really love to see the numbers on how many people they've lost over this public relations fiasco.
